Terms of Service
Version 2026-10-12. Effective from that date.
Dropstall is a marketplace where independent creators sell digital products and buyers download them. It is run by the Dropstall team (“we”). These terms are the agreement between you and us when you use Dropstall. Please read them with our Privacy Policy.
1. Who can use Dropstall
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract. You can use Dropstall as an individual or on behalf of a business; if you act for a business, you confirm you may bind it to these terms.
2. Your account
Give accurate details and keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens in your account. Tell us at hello@dropstall.com if you think someone else has used it.
3. Buying
- You buy from the seller, not from us. The price you pay is the seller's price in the seller's currency; prices shown in other currencies are estimates marked ≈.
- When a payment succeeds you can download the product, and see any delivery note, from your library for as long as the product stays on Dropstall, even if the seller stops selling it.
- Products are digital and delivered at once, so sales are final unless the product is not delivered, is not what its listing described, or the law where you live gives you a right to a refund. Ask the seller first; if that does not work, write to us at hello@dropstall.com.
- Digital products are licensed to you for your own use under the seller's licence terms. Unless the seller says otherwise, you may not resell or share them.
4. Selling
- Opening a shop and listing products is free. We keep a fee of 5% of each sale; the rest is yours. The fee in force when a sale happens is the one applied to it.
- You must own, or have permission to sell, everything you list, and describe it honestly: what the buyer gets, its format and size.
- You are responsible for your products, for supporting your buyers, and for any taxes on your income from sales.
- We pay out your balance to the payout details you give us. We may hold a payout while we look into a dispute, a refund, a chargeback or a suspected breach of these terms.
5. What may not be sold or uploaded
Anything illegal; anything that infringes someone else's copyright, trademark or other rights; malware or anything designed to harm devices or data; sexual content involving minors; content that promotes violence or hatred against people; stolen accounts, personal data or credentials; and anything that misleads buyers about what they are paying for.
6. Taking listings down and closing accounts
We may remove a listing or suspend an account that breaks these terms or the law, or that puts buyers or Dropstall at risk. When we do, we tell the seller why, unless the law or safety prevents it. You can ask us to review the decision by writing to hello@dropstall.com. A product taken down for breaking the rules can no longer be downloaded.
You can close your account at any time by writing to us. Sales already made and money already owed are settled under these terms.
7. Copyright complaints
If you believe a product on Dropstall infringes your rights, write to hello@dropstall.com with the product's address, what you own, and how to reach you. We review every complaint and take down infringing products.
8. Our responsibility
We work to keep Dropstall available and your files safe, but we provide it as it is, without promises about products sold by sellers. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability to you is limited to the fees we earned from your transactions in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by law.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. The version and date are at the top of this page. If a change matters, we will tell you before it takes effect; continuing to use Dropstall after that means you accept it.
